This is a plan of "Adatara Renpou Washikura Filed" which Fukushima is proud of. You can experience Snow-Trekking, Snowy Slope and Feel the Full Impact of Extreme-Sledding.
※Please note that this is the plan that does not include transportation service by snowmobiles, lunch, and Washikura Hot Spring experience. (one-day White Field program includes them)

Q&A of this plan

Is there an age limit to participate in this tour?
The minimum age to participate in this tour is first grade of elementary school.
Is the tour going to be cancelled if it rains or snows?
The tour will be held, rain or snow. This is the program that will be held in natural environment, so please note that there is a possibility that we might be forced to change the contents of the tour or cancel the tour. If we cancel the tour because of bad weather, we will let you know by 20:00 a day before the tour.
About Insurance?
We buy liability insurance and accident insurance which insures against participants. Insurance amount [death insurance 1,000,000 yen, residual disability, hospital stay 1,500yen/day, hospital visit 1,000yen/day] if you need other insurances, please make your own arrangements for getting insurance. Is there anything I need to bring?

Desirable Clothing
Material of cotton highly absorbs sweat, but it's hardly drying and cools down your body, so we suggest you to bring top and bottom of moisture-retaining-innerwear which contains hygroscopic, quick-drying and elastic polyester material. We recommend you to wear a shaggy flannel shirt and fleece between innerwear and wear(jacket).
Is it possible to reserve and participate in on the day?
I'm sorry but you need to make an appointment to participate.
Please apply for no later than 4 days before the tour.
Is there any cases to work with other participants?
It depends on reservation status, but there are possibility to work with some participants.
How long are we going to walk?
It's about 1 hour walk including rest time. Physical strength does not matter in this plan.
Method of Payment
Credit card payment in advance (Due date is on each credit card company's withdrawal date)

Matters Require Attention

・Participants required for this tour at minimum 3, and at maximum 15 people. If number of participants does not reach 3, we will let you know 3 days before the tour.
・Please note that there is a possibility to postpone the tour because of snow condition.
・During the program, please make sure to follow the instructions.etc given by staff. If you do not follow the instructions and cautions etc., and have accidents or get injured, we are not liable for any accident and injury that may occur.
・We are not liable for any trouble including thelf that may occur before, during, and after the program.
・We are not able to insure transportation fee and accomodation fee etc. because of the cancellation and postponement of the program.
・There are a possibility that we may demand in damages, fouling, and being stained of rental goods of you at actual cost.
・Please do not participate in the tour under the influence of alcohol.
・If you feel sick during the program, please let the staff know right away.
・Where a disaster has occurred or is likely to occur, please follow the instruction and act calmly.
・Please note that our staff may use movie and photography on SNS and panphlet.

Cancel Policy

・[ Cancellation fee ] 3 days before the tour:none, 2 days before:30% of the tour payment, a day before: 50% of the tour payment, same day cancellation:100% of the tour payment
・If we cancel the program due to our circumstances, we will refund all the fee for this plan to the participants.
